Refund policy
The return policy is 3 days, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
Returns and Exchange Details To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, contact me at pennigage@cox.net. If your return is accepted, I'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so I can evaluate the issue and do my best to make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable itemsCustom orders or sale items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds As an artist and one woman show, I work hard to create quality work and meet the expectations of my customers. In the event you are unhappy with your purchase and request a refund, I will work with you to address your concerns. If a refund is the best solution, as soon as I receive the item back in its original condition, your refund will be processed.
